I was taking a cue from Elder Uchtdorf's "Four Titles" talk where he talks about how we need to retain our individuality while applying the atonement. As an electrical engineer I fin...Very nice analogy. As an electrical engineer I find this useful to evaluate what my own resistance is and how it affects the spiritual current in my life. I would like to suggest an alternative view of the zero resistance case. I don't believe that zero resistance means having no will. I would interpret this as turning our will completely over to our Heavenly Father. Which if you take the limit as R approaches zero you find that I goes to infinity. So as we turn our will more fully over to the Lord we approach our full potential which is infinite. It's great that we can apply such a simple equation in so many ways.
